Two product lines, cast for the manufacturers who cannot afford imbalance or leakage in the field.

DK Industries casts the impeller housings and structural bodies used in TBK's water pump range. Each casting is machined to close tolerance so the impeller runs concentric, keeping vibration and wear to a minimum across the pump's service life. Metallurgy and wall thickness are controlled to resist pressure cycling and corrosion in continuous water-handling duty.
For Busch Group's rotary vane and screw vacuum pumps, DK Industries casts housings and manifolds that hold a vacuum-tight seal under sustained operation. Surface finish and dimensional accuracy are held tightly so mating faces seat correctly without additional machining allowance, supporting both the German production line and Busch's Indian manufacturing unit.

Component geometry is set in the pattern before a single casting is poured.

Molten metal is poured under controlled conditions to hold grain structure and integrity.

Fettling, machining allowance and surface finishing bring each casting to spec.

Dimensional, visual and hardness checks precede dispatch to the customer.
Every casting is backed by metallurgical and physical testing carried out on our own floor, so metal chemistry, sand quality and hardness are verified before a component ever leaves the shop.

Molten metal for every batch is prepared in our induction furnace, which gives close control over pouring temperature and melt chemistry — the starting point for consistent grain structure across a casting run.

Hardness is checked on sample castings against customer specification, confirming the metallurgy delivers the wear resistance and machinability each component needs.

Moulding sand is checked for moisture content, permeability and compression strength before use, so mould quality — and therefore casting surface finish — stays consistent batch to batch.
Carbon equivalent, carbon and silicon content are measured directly from the melt, confirming material grade before pouring so pressure-tight and vacuum-tight properties are built in from the start.
Primarily grey iron and SG (ductile) iron, selected to match the pressure and wear demands of pump and vacuum-technology components. Material grade is matched to each customer's specification.
Castings are machined to close tolerance for concentric impeller fits, pressure-tight water-side components and vacuum-tight sealing faces — the level of precision our pump and vacuum-pump customers require for components that can't afford imbalance or leakage in the field.
Yes. DK Industries is a registered exporter (IEC 3115014945) and currently supplies Busch Group in Germany in addition to manufacturers in India.
