Precision-cast impeller housings and structural components, supplied to TBK India for their water pump assemblies.
DK Industries casts the impeller housings and structural bodies used in TBK India's water pump range. Each casting is machined to close tolerance so the impeller runs concentric within the housing, keeping vibration and wear to a minimum across the pump's service life. Metallurgy and wall thickness are controlled to resist pressure cycling and corrosion in continuous water-handling duty.
Housings are poured four-up on a single gating cluster before being cut down, fettled and machined into the finished component shown above — the same process control from first pour to final part.

Impeller housing geometry is set in the pattern before a single casting is poured.

Molten metal is poured under controlled conditions to hold grain structure and integrity.

Fettling, machining allowance and surface finishing bring each casting to spec.

Dimensional, visual and hardness checks precede dispatch to TBK India.
